•  Is Medicare accepted? Medicaid? Healthpass? HMO? (Whichever is appropriate.)

•  Are persons under age 60 accepted?

•  The total evaluation takes how may sessions?

•  How much time does each session take?

•  Will there be follow-up services after diagnosis?

•  Can the facility recommend a general physician who has experience with Alzheimer's disease patients and families?
