In the "Art" segment, we talk to Barnes Foundation Chief Curator Judith Dolkart and Archivist and librarian Katy Rawdon about the archives of the Barnes Foundation. We detail correspondence between Barnes and Matisse on the creation of the Matisse mural that hangs in the main gallery, and highlight the "indisposition" that Matisse suffered while installing his creation in the gallery at Merion. We also touch on the plans for the mural and the larger collection, once they move to their new home on the parkway.

For six months every year, Dr. John Alston molds 93 youngsters into this chorus that performs twice at Swarthmore, and gives a Christmas program in Chester. Alston was inspired by his own experience as a member of the Newark Boys Choir and encourages the children to "learn to find their own voices and to be powerful." The young singers also take science courses and participate in dance programs.
