She climbs the snow-capped Cotopaxi, the highest active volcano on earth and journeys to Ottovalo, Ecuador's most famous market. Here, the local Ottovalo Indians invite Justine to sample a great delicacy of Andean cuisine that dates back to pre-Inca time -- guinea pig.
