WHYY Store Help 1. How do I order?It's easy to order at the WHYY Store. Fill in the check box of the item with the quantity you want of an item. Scroll down to the bottom of the secure order page and fill in the required information. 2. Can I order by mail?Fill out and print the order form and mail it to: WHYY Ventures With your credit card number with expiration date, check or money order. Please include shipping as below:

How can I pay?We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express. 4. Is it safe to use my credit card?We guarantee that every transaction you make at the WHYY Store will be 100 percent safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at the WHYY Store. 5. Do I have to pay Sales Taxes?Because WHYY is located in Philadelphia, we are obligated to collect sales tax on every order shipped to Pennsylvania. 6. When can I expect my order?We make every effort to keep adequate stock on hand of all our products. Most orders received by 2:00PM Eastern Time will ship the same day. Actual delivery time is in the hands of the carriers, and cannot be guaranteed. 7. What shipping methods do you use?Our standard method of shipping within the U.S. is via USPS Priority Mail service. Some orders are shipped via UPS, Fedex, or other parcel carriers. 8. Can I ship to more than one address?At the moment we are unable to ship the same online transaction to separate addresses, you will have to initiate more than one order. 9. What are your shipping charges?Shipping charges are based on item quantity as listed below. We will ship first class mail. Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge. Standard Priority Mail shipping charges within the United States:
Expedited (air) shipping and shipping outside the U.S. is available at extra charge. 10. What about shipments to Canada?Our standard method of shipping to Canada is via AirMail. Most orders should arrive within 7 business days from the shipping date, but delivery time is not guaranteed. 11. What about shipments to other countries?We are happy to ship your order to virtually any location worldwide. Please note that our VHS videos are NTSC (North America) format, and will not work in most VCR's in other countries. Also, our DVDs are encoded for Region 1 (North American) DVD players only Most foreign orders are shipped via U.S. Mail service. Note that you will be charged the actual freight cost to deliver your parcel; under normal circumstances, this adds a few dollars to your order. Orders shipped to foreign addresses go on temporary hold status while the freight charges are calculated and reviewed; in most cases, this should not delay your order significantly. If shipping charges are expected to be significant, we will contact you via email to confirm your shipping charges before shipping. 12. What about Customs and Duties?Customs, duties, and fees are not included in our shipping rates. These fees will be collected upon delivery from the recipient. Sorry, but due to the complexity of international customs, we are unable to estimate the charges or bill you in advance. 13. Returns PolicyWe want you to be completely happy with your purchase. What will you refund?If a return is a result of our error (i.e. we shipped the wrong item), we will refund the shipping fees both ways. What if I am ordering for a school or a library and need copies of your videos or DVD's for public exhibition in a classroom setting?WHYY videos and DVDs are offered for sale from this website to the general public for home use only. There are no inherent educational exhibition or public exhibition rights when you purchase a copy from the WHYY online store. To inquire about securing a copy for your school or library, contact us with your needs. 18. Who operates the WHYY Store?WHYY Store is operated by WHYY, Inc. of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
