Governor Edward Rendell answers residents' questions in this
hour-long program from public television station WITF in Pittsburgh.
During the broadcast, Rendell will field calls and e-mails from
his constituents on the major issues affecting the Keystone
State, including the upcoming general election.

Debates
2004 "Presidential Debate"
President
George W. Bush and Democratic challenger Sen. John Kerry will
take questions from undecided voters during a town-hall-style
debate,
broadcast live from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
Moderator Charles Gibson of ABC News will call on audience members
to ask the candidates pre-approved questions on any relevant
topic. TV12 will offer live coverage of the debate, followed
by analysis hosted by Jim Lehrer featuring NewsHour
political pundits Mark Shields and David Brooks. On 91FM, NPR
Senior National Correspondent Linda Wertheimer anchors live
coverage of the debates from Washington, D.C., with correspondents
Mara Liasson, Don Gonyea and Scott Horsley reporting on location
in Missouri. The NPR team offers critical analysis of Bush and
Kerry's performance when the debate concludes.

Senate Candidates Debate
Senator
Arlen Spector (R-Pa.) faces the three candidates running to
unseat him -- Democrat Joe Hoeffel; Constitution Party candidate
Jim Clyber; and Libertarian Betsy Summers -- during this hour-long
debate. Pete Lefler, state editor of The Morning Call,
will moderate the conversation. Candidates will discuss such
topics as the current state of the economy; the war in Iraq;
privatization of Social Security; health insurance for unisured
Pennsylvanians; and taxes.
