Independent Images application form
What to submit:
All genres, including documentary, fiction, animation, performance and experimental works.
Videotape cassettes (VHS)
Permissions must be obtained for all copyrighted music, text, and visuals used within submitted works.
Selected works will reflect outstanding quality, as well as the artistic diversity of the film and video community. Applicants must have had a primary role in the creative process.
Submitted works must not exceed 60 minutes.
The competition is open to independent producers from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Works produced and/or owned by broadcast stations, cable, TV companies and universities are not eligible. Commercials and industrials are also not eligible.

Deadline:
All entries must be received by 5PM, Friday, May 26, 2000.
Broadcast Plans:
Selected works will be accquired for broadcast by TV12 at the rate of $20 per
minute for works over five minutes and a flat rate of $100 for works under five
minutes. Works acquired will be rebroadcast up to four times within a three-year
period.
Important:
All entries must be submitted on VHS. Please label video tape with your name,
length, and title of work. All VHS dubs become the property of WHYY TV12.
