Excerpts from an interview with Pierce Brosnan:

Patrick Stoner: It's got to be fun. You're James Bond now - with all of the associated glamour, glitz and girls.

Brosnan: Yes. It's fun. Remember though: He gets the girls. Just him. Still, it's like being part of film history. I grew up idolizing Sean [Connery]. He'll always be Bond to me. It's hard to believe that I get to play the same part.

Stoner: I detected a few moments of homage to him.

Brosnan: Indeed. I snuck in a few. Did you notice the one when I was on the tank?

Stoner: No.What?

Brosnan: When Bond was running that tank through all of those Russian walls and screeching around curves, I did a "Sean" tie move - just a casual straightening of the tie at a moment when anyone else would have been hanging on for dear life. He did that often. I put a couple in just in memory of him. He'll always be my Bond.
