Six Months Later: What Have We Learned?

On Monday, April 23 WHYY's Independence Civic Space will play host to The National Constitution Center and the Philadelphia Branch of the League of Women Voters' Election Reform Conference "Six Months Later: What Have We Learned?"

The conference will feature speakers and panel discussions on the issues concerning voting in America. Beginning at 9:00 a.m., journalists and members of academe will go over what went wrong in Florida. The day will continue with half-hour and hour long looks at topics such as uniformity in national voting methods, campaign finance reform and Philadelphia voting methods.

Work groups will form to cover specific topics and report on their findings at the end of the day.
