Teaming Up With Books

Join WHYY, the Philadelphia Phantoms, and the Philadelphia Kixx for 'Teaming Up With Books'. Children bringing a new or 'gently used' book to the evening's game will receive a coupon for free admission that night with the purchase of one adult ticket. Books will be donated to several local organizations.

Also... Join WHYY and a Philadelphia Kixx Soccer player on Saturday, March 9th as they team up to read to children at the Barnes and Noble bookstore in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. Beginning at 11am, kids are invited to meet a Kixx Soccer star and WHYY personality who will read them favorite childrens' stories.
