WHYY invites you to watch a free preview screening of the new PBS series, African American Lives 2, before it premieres Wednesday, February 6 at 9 p.m. on WHYY-TV. In this two-part series, Harvard scholar Dr. Henry Louis Gates Jr. guides poet Maya Angelou, actors Don Cheadle and Morgan Freeman, and more prominent African Americans on an emotional journey to discover their family ancestry.
