WHYY Cooking in Real Time
This January and February 2002, WHYY's Civic Space will present its second year of off-air cooking programs, being held at the Restaurant School in Philadelphia. This year's series, "Cooking in Real Time" consists of three sessions, taking place on Saturday mornings.

Jim Coleman, Executive Chef and host of WHYY-FM's A Chef's Table, and WHYY-TV's Flavors of America, will delight participants with recipes and tips from his new book, "Jim Coleman's Flavors."

All sessions begin at 9:00 a.m. for registration and continental breakfast, and will go until 1 p.m. A light lunch will also be served.
Prices for each session: $35 for members of WHYY / $50 for non-members
Prices for all three sessions: $90 for members of WHYY / $150 for non members
The Restaurant School is located at 4207 Walnut Street, in Philadelphia
