Are you a revolutionary war buff? If you are, take your family to historic Batsto Village in New Jersey's Wharton State Forest. Batsto was a primary source of munitions for American soldiers during the war. Although the furnace is gone, the mansion, worker's cottages, mills and farm buildings still remain. Take a trip into the past!

Antiques Roadshow: Los Angeles
Since it began 24 years ago, the Philadelphia Craft Show has raised over 5 million dollars for the Philadelphia Museum of Art. The nation's premier craft show runs November 9th - 12th at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. This year's highlights include ceramics, jewelry, toys and much, much more. Fall is a great time for field trips! Are you a baseball fan? The Philadelphia Athletics Historical Society was established in 1996 to further the historical appreciation of the baseball club. One of the main functions of the Society, is to raise money for the WWII Veterans' Memorial Fund which honors their players that served in the war. Hitler's Lost Sub
Welcome back to Tuesday night on WHYY. I'm Bill Wilmore and here's your Community Connection for tonight. If you've wondered what it'd be like to dive to the bottom of the sea to explore ship wrecks and marine life, you may want to investigate the Philadelphia Sea Horses Scuba Club. Their purpose is to promote and further the sport of scuba diving by organizing diving trips and educating the public through speaking engagements. The club is open to divers of all ages and skill levels.

The USS New Jersey is the most decorated battleship in naval history. In active service for forty years, the battleship is now docked at the Old Broadway Terminal on Camden's waterfront.
