This week on A Chef's Table...
It's time to head back to school. You won't recognize today's cafeteria food. We spoke with some members of the School Nutrition Association -- aka "The Cafeteria Ladies" about changes on the menu. And, you remember that lunchbox from kindergarten? What do you think it is worth now? We talk to a collector. News on kids and cholesterol, and we take a look at dishes from Spain, Cyprus and beyond. Plus Chef Coleman's recipe for healthy lunchbox cookies and much more!

This week's featured recipe:
Oatmeal Almond Cookies

This week's featured books:

Guess Who's Coming to Dinner?

Lidia Bastianich prepared three meals for Pope Benedict XVI during his recent visit to the United States. Lidia describes this as the pinnacle of her career, something she could never have imagined when she was a young girl immigrating to the United States with the help of Catholic Charities. A Chef's Table Lari Robling called Lidia to find out about this unique experience.
