WHYY presents "Taste of The Book and The Cook"
Sample food, wine and spirits at the 20th annual culinary event on Wednesday, February 18 beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel, 12th & Market Streets, brought to you by Commerce Bank and Temple University School of Tourism and Hospitality. You'll taste a variety of special dishes that will be prepared at participating restaurants during the upcoming The Book and The Cook "Restaurant Series" and have the chance to meet some of your favorite local chefs, including Chef Jim Coleman.
