A Brilliant Madness John Nash, the mathematical genius whose life is the subject of the recent Academy Award-winning movie A Beautiful Mind, speaks out in this American Experience special. The program goes beyond the story told in the film, examining Nash's career and his descent into madness at age 30 as he battled schizophrenia. Nash's wife Alicia, his friends and colleagues and experts in mental illness and mathematical theory discuss this Noble Prize winner's extraordinary life.

Globe Trekker With its unique spirit of adventure, this series takes armchair travelers to some of the world's most exotic and amazing destinations. In "Pacific Islands: Fiji, Vanuatu and the Solomon Islands," host Ian Wright visits the areas that were once infamous for headhunting and cannibalism. He joins a local tribe's Kava-drinking ceremony on Fiji, goes diving on the Astrolabe Reef and explores Tao Maron, the site of many World War II shipwrecks.

Dark Victory (1939) Bette Davis gives one of her best performances as a flighty socialite with a passion for champagne and country living who learns that she has a rare and incurable brain disease. Geraldine Fitzgerald, George Brent, Humphrey Bogart and Ronald Reagan, in a much different role than President of the United States, also star.

Air Force One Although its inner workings are a highly-guarded military secret, viewers get unprecedented access to "the flying White House" in this National Geographic special. From the cockpit to the airborne Oval Office, filmmakers captured the elaborate planning involved with each flight. President George W. Bush and former Presidents Bill Clinton, George Bush and Jimmy Carter also share their memories.
