WHYY presents Speaking of Women's Health® Conference

WHYY is encouraging women to "Brighten Up and Smile" at this year's Speaking of Women's Health® Conference on May 18, 2002 at the Adams Mark Hotel, City Avenue and Monument Road in Philadelphia.

Tickets to this uplifting, all-day conference addressing women's health and well being are $35 and include a continental breakfast and gourmet luncheon, seminars on subjects such as skincare, nutrition and stress reduction presented by national and local experts, health screenings, prize opportunities and full-size gift bags. Participants are also eligible to win a fabulous vacation for two at the world famous Canyon Ranch Health Resort!

At the conference, WHYY will present the 2002 Community Caring Award to three people whose efforts in the fields of women's health and well being have enhanced the quality of life for women in the Delaware Valley. WHYY will also award grants to several local organizations that work to promote the health, welfare and safety of women throughout the region.
