Chef Jim Coleman celebrates American cuisine at The Philadelphia Antiques Show
Among the week's special events is "AMERICA the Beautiful: A Tasting of Our Bountiful Harvest" on Wednesday, April 10 at noon. Chef Jim Coleman, host of WHYY-FM's A Chef's Table and Flavors of America on TV12, will celebrate the vitality of American cooking at a three-course, sit-down luncheon. Tickets to this special dining experience are $55 and $75 (includes an autographed copy of the cookbook Jim Coleman's Flavors of America.) General admission tickets to the Show are $12 at the door, and WHYY members receive a $2 discount off the admission price. (See this month's MemberCard Specials for more information.) Proceeds benefit the Institute of Environmental Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center. Visitors must bring a photo ID in order to be admitted to _the Armory.
