Leading Tribal Warfare in Organizations featuring Peg Neuhauser The author of the book Tribal Warfare in Organizations, takes a humorous and entertaining look at turf battles between professional groups.

Using an anthropological approach, she helps participants develop "tribal profiles" for various groups in their work setting. The seminar identifies new ways to bridge the gap between professional groups and produce more effective collaboration and problem solving. Tuesday, April 2 at 1 p.m. Cost: $75 per person
