WHYY Advantage Productions has a goal of helping working professionals advance their careers. In partnership with distributors such as Targeted Learning Corporation, WHYY Advantage produced 16 seminars that were distributed to hundreds of sites throughout the nation. A total of 1,050 people from 305 local organizations were able to share the experience in person in WHYY's studios.

WHYY’s national reputation was enhanced with the production of the 17th Annual Briefing for Administrative Professionals, featuring former Texas Governor Ann Richards. Viewers at 500 sites around the country experienced the program through satellite, videoconference and the Web.

WHYY Advantage is known locally as the host for the annual T-Learning Conference, presenting the latest tools and techniques for technology-based education to professionals in the field.

Marshall Goldsmith, described as America's preeminent executive coach, will kick off the seminar series for the year ahead, followed by programs on organizational growth and leading change.
