Radio Times with Marty Moss-Coane


WHYY-FM's Radio Times with Marty Moss-Coane is one of the most respected weekday interview programs on regional radio. During the live, two-hour program, host and executive producer Marty Moss-Coane explores social issues of the Delaware Valley , current events, national and international events, public policy, books, films, and much more. Radio Times airs each weekday from 10:00 a.m. to noon, with a one-hour repeat broadcast at 11:00 p.m. on Monday through Thursday.


Since its debut on WHYY-FM in 1987, Moss-Coane has earned praise for her versatility and engaging conversations with guests and phone callers alike. She is as comfortable interviewing political candidates about their election promises as she is asking listeners to discuss their favorite "pick up" lines. Radio Times reflects the belief that guiding discussions fairly and accurately is of prime importance in educating and informing the audience, allowing them to make sound decisions.

Marty Moss-Coane is host and executive producer of WHYY FM's Radio Times, one of the most respected weekday interview programs on regional radio. She has earned praise for her versatility and engaging conversations with guests and phone callers alike during the live, two-hour program, which covers social issues, public policy, books, films, and more. Her programs reflect the belief that guiding discussions fairly and accurately are of prime importance in educating and informing the audience, allowing them to make sound and informed decisions.


Marty has been recognized locally, regionally and nationally for her talent. Selected awards include Drexel University's School of Public Health 2005 Award for Extraordinary Service in Public Health; Society of Professional Journalists, Philadelphia Chapter, 2003 Best Radio Talk Show, Call-in; and Philadelphia Business Journal's 2002 Women of Distinction.
