Delaware Debate 2004: A "WHYY Delaware Tonight" Special
   Delaware Governor Ruth Ann Minner will face Republican challenger Bill Lee and Libertarian/Independent candidate Frank Infante in this debate, broadcast from the WHYY Studios in Wilmington. Delaware Tonight host Nancy Karibjanian and Allan Loudell, program director and news anchor of WILM Newsradio, will co-moderate the discussion.
