An Abundance of Plant Sales on May 3, 10 & 11
Lots of plant sales are happening in our area on Saturday May 3rd; all run until 3pm. The locations are: Historic Bartram's Gardens, out by the Philadelphia Airport; Welkinweir in Pottstown, PA; the greenhouse at Temple University's School of Horticulture in Ambler; and the Jenkins Arboretum in Devon (where its azaleas and rhododendrons only, and they're open Sunday until 3 as well). The plant sales continue on Saturday & Sunday the 10th & 11th at the Morris Arboretum; the Brandywine Conservancy; and Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve.

The Garden Conservancy's Open Days Program Sunday May 18th
Tour otherwise private gardens on this day only! Locations in Broomall, Gladwyne, Narberth, and Penn Valley. No reservations; just show up and pay $5 per person per garden; proceeds go to restore and preserve historic and important private gardens.
