Psychiatrist ANTHONY FEINSTEIN has conducted a series of studies on the emotional toll of covering conflicts across the globe. His new book is "Journalists Under Fire: The Psychological Hazards of Covering War." Also, Philadelphia Inquirer photojournalist Peter Tobia. He has been to war zones around the world.
