Grilled Sesame Chicken Breasts

For this recipe you will need:

  • ½ cup white grape juice
  • ¼ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • ½ tablespoon black sesame seeds
  • ½ tablespoon white sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

To prepare this recipe:

Combine all the ingredients except the chicken in a shallow dish and mix well. Add the chicken, turning to coat each piece, and cover and marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours.

Prepare your barbecue grill. Remove the chicken from the dish and reserve the marinade. Bring the marinade to a boil in a small saucepan and cook for 5 minutes. Grill the breasts 4 to 5 inches from medium-hot coals for 15 minutes, basting frequently with the marinade.
