Tropical Salad

The Ingredients you will need are:

1/2 of a Head of Cabbage
1 Peeled Cucumber
1 Seeded Green Pepper
6 Peeled Onions
6 Radishes
1 Large Peeled Avocado
1/2 of a Cup of Olive Oil
1/4 of a Cup of Cider Vinegar
1 Teaspoon of Lime Juice
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper to Taste
An optional 1 Tablespoon of Sugar

Thinly slice the cucumber, green pepper, onions and radishes. Cut the avocado into 1/2-inch cubes. Place all vegetables, including the cabbage in a salad bowl, and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix together the vinegar, lime juice, salt, pepper, and, if desired, the sugar. Whisk in the olive oil until the dressing is completely blended.

Pour the dressing over the salad, and thoroughly combine the ingredients. Divide the salad among six plates, and serve.
