Mussels Steamed in Beer
The Ingredients you will need are:
1 Bottle of Beer In a large pot with a tight-fitting lid, mix the beer with the garlic, onion, spices, herbs and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, add the mussels, and cover tightly. After 5 minutes, check the mussels. They should all be completely open and cooked through. In not, cover, and cook 1 to 2 minutes more. Discard any unopened mussels.
