Jim Coleman Recipes Hot or Chilled Healthy Spiced Punch Ingredients:
Preparation: Combine all ingredients in large saucepan. Slowly cook mixture over medium low heat for one hour. Remove from heat and allow to steep for 30 minutes. Strain through a fine strainer and throw out solids. For an ice cold refreshing drink, chill and serve over ice mixed half and half with club soda. Garnish with a mint sprig. For a warm punch, heat mixture and pour into mug garnished with cinnamon stick. Makes about 8 servings
