Rosemary Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3 Cups Warm water
  • 3 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Yeast
  • ¾ Cup Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons salt
  • 2 lb 13 oz Bread Flour (about 11 ¾ cup or 12 ¾ cup all purpose flour) Small handful chopped Rosemary

Directions:

Stir in and dissolve water, sugar and yeast. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

Knead lightly. Let rise until double in volume.

Put dough a loaf pan, hand form into a loaf or 18 hamburger buns.

Pre-heat 400° and bake untill medium brown and hollow inside. Cool before cutting.
