Healthy Banana Bread
For this recipe you will need:
1. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl. Stir to blend.
2. Add the bananas and remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Pour into a loaf pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
4. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 40 to 50 min. Cool on a wire rack.
