Super "Not" Nachos
For this recipe you will need:
1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over med-high heat. Drain. Add the chili powder, cumin, cayanne and salt. Set aside for a moment.
2. Spread a layer of chips on a large cookie or baking sheet, top with a layer of beans, cheese, ground beef, onion, tomato and olives. Repeat until all the ingredients are used. This recipe usually is best with about 2 layers, you can top the last layer with all the jalapenos you can handle.
3. Bake in a preheated 375° oven till all the cheese is melted and everything is hot. Serve warm with sour cream, guacamole and salsa, or SPAM if desired.
