Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs

For this recipe you will need:

  • 1 pound extra lean Ground Beef
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • ½ cup prepared "Italian" Bread Crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped Parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 18 2 oz. Fresh Mozzarella balls
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 pounds Spaghetti
  • 28 oz. prepared Tomato Sauce

In a large bowl, combine meat, egg, breadcrumbs and seasonings and mix thoroughly. Shape into 1 ½-inch meatballs and stuff the mozzarella into each one, making sure the mozzarella is completely submerged in the meat mixture. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Cook spaghetti. Heat tomato sauce and add meatballs. Heat all for a few minutes and serve over spaghetti.
