Jim Coleman Recipes Single Malt Barbecue Sauce For this recipe you will need:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula and pulse a few more times to make a smooth sauce. Store in a sterilized container in the refrigerator until ready to use. Remember to baste your meat with the sauce about 3/4 way through the cooking time -- put it too soon and it will burn.
