French Toast

The Ingredients you will need are:

4 Eggs
1/2 teaspoon of Salt
1 cup of Milk
1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla
8 slices of thick White Bread or Egg Bread
Enough Butter to grease your griddle
Sugar and Cinnamon to taste

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs lightly. Whisk in the salt, the milk and the vanilla.

Use the butter to grease a griddle, and place it over medium-hot heat. Dip the slices of bread into the egg mixture and brown them on both sides. Place the toast on serving plates and sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon.

This recipe will serve 4 people.
