The Ingredients you will need are:
2 cups of fresh Corn Kernels
Place the corn in a saucepan, cover them with water and bring to a boil. Turn the heat down to low, and simmer about 5 minutes until the corn is tender, then drain the corn.
Put the corn, cabbage, onion, pepper, honey, vinegar and 3/4 of a cup of water in a 2-quart saucepan. Stir in the salt, dry mustard and celery seed, and bring the mixture to a boil. Turn the heat to low, cover the pan and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Let the relish cool and store it in a glass container in the refrigerator. Serve it as a condiment with a variety of roasted or grilled meats.
