Summer Cold Crab Meat Salad
For this recipe you will need:
- 1 pound of lump crab meat
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 8 dashes of bitters
- 1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried tarragon leaves
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1-1/2 cup of celery, finely chopped
- 2 scallions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 6 olives, pitted and copped
- Lettuce leaves for garnish
To prepare this recipe:
Mix the dressing ingredients well, pour over the crabmeat and toss until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to use. When you are ready to use, arrange the lettuce leaves on the plate and scoop the crabmeat salad on top and serve immediately.
