Crab Dip with Beer
For this recipe you will need:
- 10 ounces cream cheese
- 6 ounces of Creme Fresh or sour cream
- 1/3 cup of your favorite beer
- 1 pound lump crab meat, drained
- 2 green onions, green part only, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
To prepare this recipe:
In a bowl combine cream cheese with the beer and the Creme Fresh. Stir in crabmeat, onions, parsley, dill, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and lemon juice. Refrigerate until well chilled. Serve with favorite cracker.
