To prepare this recipe: In a large bowl, combine meat, egg, breadcrumbs and seasonings and mix thoroughly. Shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs and stuff the mozzarella into each one, making sure the mozzarella is completely submerged in the meat mixture. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Cook spaghetti. Heat tomato sauce and add meatballs. Heat all for a few minutes and serve over spaghetti. Serves 6.
