Chef's Table Baked Mustard Crusted Fillet of Salmon Recipe
The Ingredients you will need are:
2 Tablespoons of Butter
Coat a large baking dish with the butter and sprinkle the salt, pepper, and shallots inside the dish. Arrange the salmon fillets on top of the shallots and pour 1/2 cup of the wine over the fish.
Blend the remaining 1 tablespoon of wine with the mustard, and brush this mixture onto the fillets. Sprinkle the bread crumbs on top. Bake in a preheated 500 degree oven for 6 to 8 minutes.
To finish, place the baking dish under the broiler until the bread crumbs are slightly browned. Sprinkle the salmon with the parsley and serve immediately.
