Thinly slice bananas into the bottom of the piecrust. Spoon softened banana ice cream on top. Place in the freezer for about 2.5 hours. When ready to serve, top with hot fudge sauce, pineapple preserves, a dollop of whipped cream, chopped nuts and cherries.
*If you can't find banana ice cream, use vanilla ice cream.
