Chickerea Barbecue Sauce
For this recipe you will need:
- 1/2 cup bottled chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons of packed light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce or Pickapeppa sauce
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons white pepper
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
To prepare this recipe:
Mix the ingredients together and bring to a boil. Turn down the heat
to medium-low and, stirring occasionally, cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or
until the flavors are thoroughly blended.
