Maiken's Touchdown Chicken

For this recipe you will need:

  • 4 8 oz Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1/3 Cup of Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Cup of Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon of Lemon Zest
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon of Lime Zest
  • 2 Tablespoons of chopped garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons of chopped Cilantro
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

To prepare this recipe:

Place all the ingredients in a sealable plastic bag, seal and shake well to combine. Open the bag just a little bit and squeeze out all the air. Refrigerate for six hours. At the tailgate party, prepare a medium hot grill, and oil the grates. Grill for 5-8 minutes on each side or until done.
