Vegetable Salsa

For this recipe you will need:

1 Vidalia onion, diced
1 small zucchini, trimmed and diced
1 small yellow squash, trimmed and diced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely diced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine thoroughly. Let the salsa stand at least one hour before serving.
