For this recipe you will need:
1/3 cup Butter
To prepare this recipe:
1. Melt the butter and coat the ramekins extremely well.
2. Place on a cookie sheet and put into a preheated 425* oven a couple of minutes prior to putting the batter in.
3. In a mixer, beat the eggs for 1 minute until fluffy.
4. Add flour and milk in alternate stages.
5. Pour into the ramekins and bake for 20 minutes in the 425* oven.
6. After they rise, split and serve with the topping of your choice.
