Pickled Eggs

For this recipe you will need:

  • 2 dozen peeled, hard boiled eggs
  • 4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 6 cloves
  • 5 jalapenos, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard seeds
  • 1 cup of water
  • 6 bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of kosher salt

Method:

Bring all ingredients except the hardboiled eggs to a boil. Then pour over the eggs in a sealable container. Let it sit for no less than 3 days and no more than 3 months in the refrigerator.
