Whiskey Barbeque Sauce

For this recipe you will need:

2 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 medium red onion, finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic minced
1 - 12 oz. Chili sauce
3/4 cup of beer
1/4 cup honey
3 tbsp. Vinegar
4 tbsp. bourbon whiskey
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Hot sauce

To prepare this recipe:

Heat oil over a medium high heat in a sauce pan and saute the garlic and onion for a few minutes.

Reduce the heat and add remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer and cook for 25 minutes until well blended.
