Artichoke Parmesan Ale Dip

For this recipe you will need:

1 1/2 lbs. Frozen artichoke hearts, thawed
1 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
2 tsp. Lime zest
1 tsp. Cayenne pepper
8 oz. Cream cheese
2 egg whites
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 cup ales
salt & pepper to taste

To prepare this recipe:

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until extremely well blended.

Pour into a two-quart baking dish and bake in a 350* oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling

Serve with bagle chips, carrot and celery sticks.
