Turkey & Spinach Burgers

For this recipe you will need:

  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey meat
  • 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
  • 1/3 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbl chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste

To prepare this recipe:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir with a wooden spoon to incorporate all the ingredients. Form into 4 large patties or 6 smaller ones & saute in a non stick pan over med-high heat until cooked all the way through. Keep burgers in a 200 oven until all the burgers are done.
