Archived Shows 4/2/05 Everybody loves bread - just ask someone on the Atkins diet what they miss most! 4/16/05 A Passover Seder is a meal rich with meaning and traditions. But that doesn't mean there isn't room to experiment. We'll hear from successful kosher caterer Susie Fishbein who likes to put a new spin on things. Her new book is called Kosher by Design Entertains. Later, we'll be joined by writer Ethel Hofman. In her new memoir, Mackerel at Midnight she describes how food provided a link to her family's religious traditions after they emigrated from Russia to a remote Scottish island. We'll also visit Abruzzo and learn about the food of the region and the traditions of herding sheep. Finally, we'll find out how to fuse chicken lamb and beef into a huge delicious cone.
