Being married to a chef might sound like fun - fabulous dinners, interesting friends, lots of good wine - but the reality is a little different. Just in time for Valentine's Day, we'll shoot an arrow into the myth that being married to a restaurant could even be slightly romantic. Jim Coleman's guest is Courtney Febbroriello, author of "Wife of the Chef." We'll also hear from Jim's wife Candace Coleman. Later on, we'll sample seductive desserts in Chicago, and take you on a romantic Valentine's date in Paris. Finally, we'll discover the love it takes to make tamales.

What's the hottest city in France? Most people would immediately say "Paris", but food writer Daniel Young might make you change your mind. Young has fallen in love with France's Mediterranean Seaport, Marseille. Here, spices and ingredients from all over the world flavor an exciting and delicious cuisine. Young will share his favorite dishes and recipes and talk about his new book "Made in Marseille." Later on the show, we'll catch up with cookbook author Sally Schneider. She set out to change her eating habits, and discovered techniques that maximize flavor while keeping dishes lower in fat and calories. Her new book is "A New Way to Cook." We'll find out about an interesting way to sample different wines.

Breakfast is the meal that gets us going in the morning - or it could if only we didn't skip it! Many people shun this first meal of the day but chef Jim Coleman will cook up some ideas that make breakfast quick and easy. Our guest is chef and author Mollie Katzen, her new book is called "The Sunlight Cafe." Later on, we'll have breakfast in a unique little restaurant in Santa Fe. Whole Foods expert Lindsay Gilmour tells us what people around the world like to eat in the morning. Finally, we'll hear about "A Taste of Heritage" by Joe Randall, a new book that celebrates African American cookery, and dish up some jazzy treats for Mardi Gras.
